Your GradeMart account lets you place orders faster, track shipments, download GST invoices, save wishlist items and manage returns in one place.
Create an account
- Open the account menu in the header and choose Sign up.
- Enter your name, email address and a strong password.
- We send a 6-digit one-time password (OTP) to your email. Enter it to verify the address.
- Your account is ready. You can sign in immediately.
You can also create an account or sign in with your Google account in one click. Google sign-in uses Google's official SDK and never exposes your Google password to GradeMart.
Sign in to your account
- Email + OTP: enter your email, receive a 6-digit code and confirm.
- Email + password: use the password you set at signup.
- Google: continue with your Google account if it matches your email.
Note: Your OTP code expires quickly and is single-use. If it expires, simply request a new code.
Manage your profile
From your account page you can update your name, phone number, company name and GSTIN, and review your orders, wishlist, notifications and returns. Adding your GSTIN lets us issue GST tax invoices for your purchases.
Keeping your account secure
- Never share your OTP or password with anyone — GradeMart will never ask for it.
- Use a unique password that you don't reuse on other websites.
- Sign out when you use a shared or public computer.
- If you suspect unauthorised activity, reset your password and contact support immediately.
Troubleshooting sign-in
- OTP not received — check your spam folder and wait a minute before requesting a new code.
- Invalid OTP — the code may have expired or been typed incorrectly; request a fresh code.
- Forgot password — use the reset password option on the sign-in page to set a new one.
- Still stuck — contact customer support with your email address.
