GradeMart's B2B service connects business buyers with verified suppliers for bulk orders, custom pricing and credit-friendly buying. Start with a Request for Quote (RFQ) on any product.
What is a Request for Quote?
An RFQ is your enquiry for bulk or business quantities. You tell us the product and quantity, and our supplier network responds with custom B2B pricing — often better than the listed per-unit price.
Submit an RFQ or bulk enquiry
- Open any product and choose Request a Quote, or visit the Bulk Enquiry page.
- Enter the quantity, delivery pincode and any specifications or deadlines.
- Add your company details and GSTIN so sellers can price accurately.
- Submit — your enquiry is routed to relevant sellers on the platform.
How a quote is built
Every quote passes through a controlled pipeline so you only see verified pricing.
| Stage | What happens |
|---|---|
| Submitted | Your RFQ is with GradeMart and routed to relevant sellers. |
| Seller priced | A seller has quoted their price and terms. |
| Admin approved | GradeMart verified the quote before it reaches you. |
| Sent to buyer | The approved quote is shared with you for review. |
| Buyer approved | You accepted the quote and it is ready to convert to a payable order. |
| Converted to payable | A secure, direct Razorpay payable link is created for you. |
Credit terms & payable links
- Approved quote orders can include agreed credit terms negotiated with the seller.
- Once you approve a quote, it converts to a payable order and you receive a direct Razorpay payable link, usually shared over WhatsApp.
- Pay via UPI, card, net banking or wallet through the same secure Razorpay checkout.
Invoices for B2B orders
Approved quote orders are invoiced exactly like regular orders. Add your GSTIN and PO number so your tax invoice carries the correct details.
Tracking your RFQ
- Open your account page and find the quote section to see the latest status.
- You'll be notified at each stage — when a seller prices your RFQ and when the quote is sent to you.
- Quotes can expire if not approved in time; you can always raise a fresh RFQ.
