Set competitive list prices for your products and respond to buyer Requests for Quote (RFQs) with custom B2B pricing. Both are managed from your Seller dashboard.
Setting product prices
- Set a clear selling price per product or per variant.
- Prices are GST-inclusive for buyers; your settlement is calculated on the product value you set.
- Review competitor pricing on the storefront and adjust to stay competitive.
- You can update prices any time — new prices apply to future orders, not existing ones.
B2B price rules
For business buyers you can define tiered B2B pricing based on quantity or buyer segment. Bulk buyers see better unit prices as their quantity grows, which drives larger orders.
Responding to RFQs
- Open Quotes in your Seller dashboard to see new requests routed to you.
- Review the product, quantity and buyer's requirements.
- Enter your quote price and any terms (MOQ, validity, lead time).
- Submit. GradeMart reviews the quote before it is sent to the buyer.
- When the buyer approves, the quote converts to a payable order with a direct payment link.
Quote stages
| Stage | What it means |
|---|---|
| Submitted | Buyer raised the RFQ; routed to sellers. |
| Seller priced | Your quote is submitted. |
| Admin approved | GradeMart verified the quote. |
| Sent to buyer | The buyer is reviewing your quote. |
| Buyer approved | Buyer accepted — the order is ready to be paid. |
| Converted to payable | A secure payment link has been created for the buyer. |
| Expired / Rejected | The quote was not accepted within its validity. |
Commissions on your pricing
The commission and withholding rates applied to your sales are configured per seller agreement. Your settlement statements always show the gross product value, commission, withholding and net payable in paise-exact detail. See Settlements & Payouts for the full picture.
