Welcome to GradeMart! As an industrial supplier, our platform empowers you to reach B2B procurement managers and retail customers efficiently. This guide outlines how to manage your operations via the Seller Console from end to end.
1. Catalog & Product Management
- Creating Products: Provide essential details including a unique SKU, price, stock count, and images.
- Product Approval: Once you submit a product, it enters a PENDING_REVIEW state. The GradeMart admin team will review it. If information is missing, the status may change to NEEDS_FIX.
- Bulk Fixes: Use the Search & Filter tools in your Products dashboard to easily find products that are out of stock, have missing images, or require fixes.
2. Bulk Import via Excel/CSV
You can import products in bulk using an Excel or CSV file. Ensure your file has the following column headers:
| Column Header | Purpose |
|---|---|
| sku | Unique product identifier |
| name | Product title shown to buyers |
| brand | Manufacturer or brand name |
| price | Selling price |
| stock | Inventory count |
| images | Comma-separated image URLs |
3. ERP & Inventory Syncing
GradeMart supports powerful ERP synchronization to keep your catalog updated automatically:
- Zoho Commerce / Books: Connect your Zoho account to sync products, stock levels, and prices directly.
- Google Sheets: Map a Google Sheet to your GradeMart account for quick, bulk adjustments to pricing and inventory without logging into the console.
- Sync Jobs: Syncs happen via automated background workers. You can also trigger a manual 'Sync Now' from the Integrations dashboard.
4. B2B Tiered Pricing (Bulk Discounts)
To attract wholesale buyers, you can set up Tiered Pricing Rules based on quantity. In your Seller Console, you can define rules (e.g., 'Buy 10+ for 5% off') for specific SKUs. The GradeMart checkout engine will automatically calculate and apply these discounts.
5. Inventory & Warehouse Operations
- Multi-Location Inventory: You can manage stock across multiple warehouses. GradeMart automatically tracks your on-hand, available, and reserved stock to prevent overselling.
- Stock Reservation: When a customer checks out, the inventory is temporarily 'reserved'. If the payment fails or times out, the stock is released back into your available inventory.
6. Orders & Financial Settlements
- Sub-Order Routing: When a customer buys items from multiple sellers in one checkout, GradeMart routes the specific items belonging to you as a dedicated SubOrder.
- Fulfillment: You must update the tracking numbers (AWB) for your shipments. GradeMart generates GST-compliant invoices automatically on your behalf.
- Settlements: Earnings are calculated automatically minus platform commissions. Funds are automatically transferred to your registered bank account after the return period hold expires.
